The following things need to be complete before the campaign can begin:

Fleshing out of Dormantown, including plothooks and minor adventures
Fleshing out of Roriport, including plothooks and minor adventures
Minor detail on Shroudbase, Stormkeep, and Jaliveth
First few levels of The Fall of Neverfall complete
Creation of a number of public affiliations detailing the benefits to be gained, as well as the feats and prestige classes that can be unlocked
Completion of the first adventure: Shadows Over Death
Detailing of the three major events that are going on in the area (involving the orcs, the elves, and the druids)
Four-month future timeline for events occuring in Kandor, Sasserine, Celese, Elvareen, Nomandi, and Kansama
Create maps for B2 and C3
