A short while after leaving Shroudbase, a small band of hobgoblins began shadowing the party. The player characters reigned in and the hobgoblin leader came forward to parley with Alan Bree.
The hobgoblin leader explained that there had been witnesses to the murder of the hobgoblin in the Darkmoon Vale.
