Winter of No End

A bunch of dicks from the Thorlonian Circle took a magical menhir to the site of the mysterious wizard tower. From there, they created an ice fortress and rained a winter without end upon the region. The jerkwads also created a number of ice constructs which looked like animals to guard the first floor of the fortress, along with some deviously asshole-ish traps.
After the party (with the aid of a number of Dormantown residents) managed to make it to the second floor, they found a jerkwad Frost Giant guarding their path. They managed to overcome the giant, but Fagan couldn't take the heat and bit the bullet. Malic saved him with some dark healing of some sort and broke the Life Pendant of Dira in the process.
The party then made it to the third floor, where they fought a real polar bear and some punk-ass ranger, not to mention a powerful asshole druid. All the bad guys died except for the druid, who was flown away at the last second by a green dragon who is reputed to live in the woods with the evil druids. The party took all their crap and brought the menhir back to Dormantown for safe keeping.
